Qualifications: Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Sciences with a self-designed major in olive oil, focusing on organic chemistry, nutrition and Greek and Roman Classics studies. worked as a technical officer in both Australia and USA olive groves and laboratories.

About: I love everything olive. From the tree, to the fruit, to the oil, and especially all its various health benefits. I have also done extensive studies in Greek and Roman mythology, archaeology of the Mediterranean basin, and even a bit of ancient Greek.

Research/Areas of Interest: My research interests fall into the nutrition category focusing on food as medicine and how we can learn from ancient tradition and use them alongside modern medicine.
