About: After studying human nutrition and behavior change in her undergraduate and graduate studies, Rachel spent time working with patients to incorporate healthy behaviours on an individual level as well as through corporate wellness initiatives. For the past 10 years, she has been working in the dietary supplement industry in new product development as well as regulatory capacities, advising companies on scientific affairs and matters of FDA and FTC compliance.
