About: Since graduating as a Dietitian in 2005, Rachelle has worked as a research and clinical dietitian. The majority of Rachelle’s work has been in the outpatient setting working with individuals from socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds and those with mental health issues. Over the past few years Rachelle has been involved in designing and delivering dietary intervention studies to obese pregnant women and to individuals with major depression.
