About: Sarah Haworth graduated as a dietitian from La Trobe University and after experience within the pharmaceutical industry, has worked with Cobram Estate Olives since 2020. Her role involves educating consumers and health care professionals on the health benefits of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and olive products. She is also a regular contributor to the Olive Wellness Institute.

Research/Areas of Interest: Enhancing consumer understanding of the Mediterranean Diet & continually evolving the research base of health benefits associated with extra virgin olive oil.
