About: Sian Armstrong graduated as an Accredited Practising Dietitian from Monash University and worked at the National Heart Foundation of Australia as a Food and Nutrition advisor for over 6 years. Sian joined Cobram Estate Olives in December 2021, where her role involves educating health care professionals on the health benefits of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and olive products. Sian is a regular contributor to the Olive Wellness Institute
