Qualifications: BSc, MND (Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics)

About: Simone has a passion for enabling all people to enjoy food whilst maximising their health and performance! This led her to write her first book published last year, ‘Eat Like An Athlete’.

She has a proven track record of success as an Advanced Sports Dietitian working the last 11 years with Hawthorn AFL Football Club (experiencing 3 premiership wins) and previously with The Australian Men’s Cricket Team, Melbourne Storm Rugby league club, Western Bulldogs, Melbourne City and with individual athlete’s and the general population in private practice for 25 years.

She enjoys presenting whether it be at conferences, workplaces, schools or to sporting clubs to inspire people to use nutrition for performance and is regularly in the media on radio (3AW regular), print and television being a media spokesperson for the Dietitians Association of Australia. She has presented at many events including with chef George Calombaris on numerous occasions.

​Simone has worked in the corporate world with Swisse Wellness part time for 12 years in a range of areas of the business, currently in the marketing team writing health blogs and learning about the world of SEO ranking! She also enjoys working with food brands and is the consultant to Rokeby and this year presenting at invited lunches with Barilla pasta at the Australian Open.She is president of Sports Dietitians Australia and has been for 5 years. It is important to Simone to help further and led the profession hence her latest adventures to run engaging events, with Careers seminars and workshops for the dietetic profession.
