No bake and easy to make moreish peanut butter nut balls. Follow along with Olive Wellness Institute Naturopath Abby Dolphin in this 5 ingredient recipe.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup almonds
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp honey (warmed in microwave for 5 seconds)
1 tsp cacao powder
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method:
- Place all nuts together in a food processor and blend until a fine consistency
- Place nuts in a bowl with honey, peanut butter, cacao powder and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Stir ingredient until mixture sticks together
- Roll small sections into balls (bite size)
- Coat in shredded coconut or cacao powder if desired
- Place in the fridge for a couple of hours
