Wellness @ Home – Peanut butter nut balls

No bake and easy to make moreish peanut butter nut balls. Follow along with Olive Wellness Institute Naturopath Abby Dolphin in this 5 ingredient recipe.



1/2 cup cashews

1/2 cup pecans

1/2 cup walnuts

1/2 cup almonds

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp honey (warmed in microwave for 5 seconds)

1 tsp cacao powder

1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil



  1. Place all nuts together in a food processor and blend until a fine consistency
  2. Place nuts in a bowl with honey, peanut butter, cacao powder and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  3. Stir ingredient until mixture sticks together
  4. Roll small sections into balls (bite size)
  5. Coat in shredded coconut or cacao powder if desired
  6. Place in the fridge for a couple of hours
