Ingredients
1/2 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Cup of desired fresh herbs (we recommend oregano and basil)
1/4 Cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp pepper & salt
3 cloves of crushed garlic
Method
1. Simply mix all ingredients
2. Apply to desired food e.g., lamb, chicken, or any vegetables
3. Marinade for minimum an hour, maximum overnight
4. Grill on BBQ for 12mins for medium-rare or longer for cooked to your liking.
