Choc-Berry Smoothie Bowl

1 cup frozen berries
1 x banana
1 tablespoon cacao powder or 1 x scoop chocolate protein powder
½ cup rolled oats
1 cup almond, soy or oat milk
1 cup Greek yoghurt
30 mL Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Toppings: handful of nuts, oats and seeds and fresh fruit


1. In a blender or Vitamix add frozen berries, banana, cup rolled
oats, milk, Greek yoghurt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil until a thick
smooth ice cream consistency.
2. Pour into two bowls evenly.
3. Add nuts, seeds, oats and fresh fruit as toppings.
