About: Dr Wolfgang Marx is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who completed his PhD at Bond University where he investigated the use of polyphenol interventions on chemotherapy-induced nausea and fatigue.

Wolfgang currently holds an Alfred-Deakin Postdoctoral Research Fellowship with the Food and Mood Centre at Deakin University where he is investigating the use of novel nutraceutical and polyphenol compounds on cognition, fatigue, and mental health.
